2 months and Name Frames

Millie hit the 2 month mark today and I seriously can't believe how fast time is flying by. She now weighs 10 lbs 12 oz and is 23 1/2 inches long. The Dr. said she's long and lean, just how they like 'em! She also had her shots done today which was sad. She has been pretty low key today, taking a lot of naps, but overall she has been a trooper. I swear she looked up at me after they had given her the first shot as if to say, "What are they doing to me" and I felt so bad - all I could do was hold her little hand. So here is a picture of her in her band-aids. I love how her leg is hanging over the side of her changing table as if she's just relaxing and taking it easy - too cute!

Also, a friend from high school blogged about the cutest thing, "Name Frames", so I ordered one for Millie and a friend from work that is having a baby. This girl will create pictures for your kids' room and put their names in them, and they are soooo cute! And the best part is that they come matted and framed for you. I am so not a creative person, so when I meet people that come up with ideas like this I am just amazed. Millie has this really cute book called "Millie Moo" so I had her do me a cow picture and it turned out adorable. I just got them in the mail this week and it looks great in Millie's room and matches the colors in there. The girl that did this has created a blog to show all of her stuff, so check it out.
